Is my vehicle insured while it is transit?
Yes! All carriers and brokers are required by law to acquire insurance bonds in order to operate.
$100,000 USD Insurance for Open Trailer and a previous 21 vehicle point inspection upon pickup and delivery.
$1.000.000 USD Insurance for Enclosed Bumper to Bumper Transport and a previous 21 vehicle point inspection upon pickup and delivery.
Are the carriers transporting my vehicle(s) company owned?
Our company owns a small fleet of certified and insured of carriers as well as reliable database of DOT Certified and Insured Carriers that will ensure the efficiency and safety of our operation.
What type of trucks are used to transport my Vehicle?
We use 18 wheel double decker trucks with a double deck two floor carriers and enclosed carriers for those looking
Can I leave items inside my vehicle at the moment of transportation?
Yes, you are allowed to load 150 lbs of additional weight inside the vehicle. If the 150 lbs limit is exceeded you have to inform us on how much extra weight is being loaded for accurate pricing. However, we recommend NOT to leave inside any valuables or fragile items inside the vehicle(s).

How does the payment process work?
As soon as the driver's information (Contact information - Copy of Insurance - Contract) is confirmed and sent to you, there will be an initial charge. You will not be charged until a driver is confirmed and we have reviewed that all of his paperwork (DOT/MC # - Insurance) is in order. This payment can be made using a credit, debit or prepaid card and the remaining balance will be charged upon delivery. This second payment must be made to the driver delivering your vehicle: cash on delivery, money order or a cashier's check.
