Permission Forms:

1. Do you need an extra permission slip for a day trip?

• • • Probably not. The only time you'd do this is if you are doing a high risk activity or a "sensitive" topic activity. See the safety activity checkpoints for more info:

    • Do check to make sure you have the volunteer ratios correct because activities are different than meetings.

Short Trip Application Forms:

1. Do you need to submit an application for a day trip?

• • • Nope! (unless it's a high risk activity or a "sensitive" topic ) - then you'd fill out the "Application for High Risk Activities or Sensitive Topics " form

2. Do you have to collect overnight permission forms prior to submitting your application?

   • No, I always assume that as long as you've collected them prior to departure, you're good.
