Thank you for purchasing my Google Sites 1) Classroom Website Template or 2) Teacher Portfolio! This website was designed to help you get familiar with how to use your new website.
Before you begin:
Make sure that you followed all the instructions for copying the template in to your Google Drive.
Go to your Google Drive. Search for a folder called Classroom Website or Teacher Portfolio.
A website is a wonderful communication tool for the 21st century teacher! It can be a tool to help you reach a large number of people without cluttering their office space. You can edit and revise your website any time, correct mistakes immediately even after you send the link, and save paper.
1. Go to the link provided in your download instructions.
2. Right click the file you want.
3 Select Make a copy.
4. Search for the copy in your My Drive.
5. When you are sure you have copied successfully, repeat these steps for all the files you want to copy in the shared folder.
I chose Google Sites for this template because those who buy the template want to have a website without being experts at website development. Google Sites is a much more straightforward platform to use than other website-creating platforms out there, and it is convenient if you have a Google account.
