For participants that requested and were approved accomodations, we will be booking housing directly for participants at the Crowne Plaza Chicago - West Loop (25 S. Halsted St.).

We do not plan to riemburse any housing not booked by us. If you are booking your own housing  we provide the following information about booking at the Crowne Plaza - West Loop:
The Crowne Plaza has a special rate for UIC guests. For individual reservations, use CORPORATE CODE: 100184716.
