• No Personal Data Collection: The application does not require user registration, account creation, or profile setup. We do not collect, log, or track your name, email address, or phone number.

• On-Device Medication Logs: Any pill schedules, medicine names, dosages, or compliance logs you input into the application are kept entirely on your device’s sandboxed internal storage.

• No Cloud Uploads: GRV Tech Labs does not own, lease, or use any remote cloud servers to collect your health schedules. Your data is completely private to you and never leaves your physical smartphone.

3. Device Permissions and Android System Integrations

To reliably deliver local medication notifications without relying on the internet, the application requires the use of specific native Android system permissions. We use these features exclusively for the following purposes:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used solely to display the pill reminder alerts, schedules, and daily dose alarms directly on your device status bar.

• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Required to ensure that your background medication alarms trigger precisely on time down to the exact second, maintaining medical tracking safety even when the device is idle or in doze mode.

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Utilized to automatically reschedule your active, user-defined local pill reminders immediately after your smartphone reboots or restarts, ensuring you never miss a vital dose.

4. Data Safety, Security, and Retention

• Zero Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your medication logs or usage habits to any third-party networks, advertising agencies, or data brokers.

• User Controled Deletion: Because all data sits locally on your phone, you have absolute control over your records. Clearing the application cache/data in your Android system settings or uninstalling the app permanently erases 100% of your saved medication logs instantly.

5. Third-Party Services and Analytics

• Local Processing: Echo Health Scan does not execute background cloud analytics or user tracking behavioral SDKs.

• Google Play Services: The application is distributed via the Google Play Store, which may independently gather basic, non-identifiable system diagnostic details (such as crash logs via Google Play Console) to monitor build stability.

6. Children’s Privacy

Echo Health Scan is a simple utility tool that does not knowingly collect, request, or handle any Personal Identifiable Information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
