In our next meeting, please bring with you your plan for an SOI calendar and any strategies you want to consider. We are going to discuss ways you can TOUCH your audience/database and strategize together!
Your SOI is the people within your database that know you, like you and refer you. These are your top awesome people who deserve a little extra treatment. Based on how you would like to categorize your database – then create an SOI group within your overall database. Your SOI could be your A-C categories or your Hot and Medium categories or a category of its own. There is no right or wrong, but overall you want a group of these people in your database!
What do I do with my SOI People?Â
Great question!
You want to have a plan for your SOI group which means, you want to have a calendared system that holds you accountable to TOUCHING them throughout the year. You also want to keep these communications FUN, VALUABLE, AND maybe not real estate related all the time. Also consider things that have a "shelf life", meaning something people want to keep around!Â
