We have a lot of resources on how to start building your Database!

      - Memory Jogger - this is a list of really great reminders of people who you may never think to add to your database.

      - Finally, check out the Word document called Database Information. 

This is a good starting place to think about for your business and business planning;

     1 - How many people will I add to my database per week?

     2 - How will I group my people in my CRM

     3 - Who is going to be in my SOI group and how will I communicate with that SOI group throughout the year (we will touch more on communicating with the database in module 5)

     4 - How will I grow my database? Meaning what activities will I do to add people, I.E. Open Houses, Social Media, Farming Specific                          Areas/Complexes/Businesses, Calling FSBO (for sale by owners), Door Knocking, and so on...

**Please only keep your activities to 3 or 4 things - there are a lot of ways to generate business but we want you to focus on the ways you like to build business and what you will do consistently over time! 

Please take the rest of this time before we meet, to go over all of this information and start building your database. 

In our meeting, we will go over what you have built so far and work together to make sure you are creating a solid database for your business!
