 Weekly or Monthly Two Hour Sessions Include:

 Accessible Gardening 

Animal Interactions: Horses, Sheep & Chickens

Movement, Hikes & Labyrinth Experiences

Preparation of Healthy Snack or Nature-based Craft

Social Time

This program provides socially enriching community outing opportunities for groups seeking accessible outdoor activities to incorporate into their weekly or monthly calendars. Activities interweave sensory exploration, reminiscing and storytelling with bits of education on animal/plant caregiving, nutrition from the garden and discussion of past & current nature based leisure interests. Program goals include: promoting physical, mental & social activation by fostering a re-connection to nature, feelings of well being & gratitude, stress reduction & a sense of competency through engagement in purposeful activities. 

Cost is determined based on numbers of participants & sessions contracted. Supplemental grant funding may be available for individuals & groups in need.
