Under a Service Agreement GROW-RI’s process integration team will review the entire operation of your farm (such as all pieces of equipment and workflow in cultivation, harvesting, and packaging process) providing industry expert consultation that will optimally arrange individual pieces of your farming practices for maximum efficiency. We call this our Feasibility & Assessment Report and it includes not only the arrangement of work process but identification of and how the addition of sensors, modules, robotics, and computer controllers can be added for demonstrably efficient and optimized growing, harvesting, and packaging; right from the start. The components, systems, and modules GROW-RI provides, in addition to design plans and workflow formatting requires a skilled technician called a system integrator to complete the installation. Because we know that our clients are not likely engineers, nor keep engineers on staff GROW-RI provide in-house system integration services, service agreements, installation support including travel to your farm as well as remote services. A cybersecure data connection allows GROW-RI to safety diagnose any issues that may arise remotely as well as provide updates to our software systems which we offer through data analysis and data management solutions. As the buyer you only need to worry about providing a ethernet connection; and we can help you with that too. This service package is offered under GROW-RI's service agreement contract and requires the purchase of at least one GENESIS product equipped with our cybersecurity module.
