Registration and Contributed Talks
To register for the conference, and to apply for a contributed talk, please fill in the data in the form and pay the conference fee as instructed below. The deadline to apply to give a talk is the 1st of October 2026.

Due to budget limitations, we are introducing a modest conference fee to help cover some essential costs. Please note that your registration is only confirmed once we receive proof of payment.
Early-bird registration fee (before the 1st of December 2026): 40 EUR.
Registration fee (after the 1st of December 2026): 80 EUR.
Payment Instructions
To pay the due registration fee (see above for the amount) participants have to click on the following link and fill in all the relevant data.Â

Attention:
1) If are not resident in Italy, in the field "Codice Fiscale" you can type in "ANONIMO".
2) In the field "Causale" you should type the following code: 58511 GTFV2027.
Please note that we are unable to provide financial assistance for participant travel or accommodation costs.
