使用許諾
本規約の内容に従うことを条件として、Group of Entertainが運営するアカウントを使用することができます。
保証の否認・責任制限
各アカウント及びそれに付随するものは、無償で提供されるものであり、あくまで「現状のまま」提供されます。
各アカウント及びこれに付随する一切のものを使用したこと又は使用できなかったことから生じる一切の損害（利益の逸失、ビジネスの中断、情報の消失・毀損などによる損害を含みますが、これらに限定されません）に関しては、たとえ運営側がそのような損害が生じる可能性を知らされていた場合であったとしても、一切責任を負いません。
準拠法
本契約は、日本国の法令に準拠し、これに基づいて解釈されるものとします。本契約に関連して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

These terms of use shall be created in Japanese and other languages and contents of Japanese terms of use shall be followed in the event that contents between in Japanese and other languages differ.
License
You may use an account operated by the Group of Entertain, provided that you comply with the terms of this agreement.
Denial of warranty / limitation of liability
Each account and its accompanying items are provided free of charge and are provided "as is".
All damages (including, but limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss / damage of information, etc.) resulting from the use or failure to use each account and anything associated with it. We will not be liable for any damages, even if the management is informed of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with this agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for the first instance.
