The project has completed all three milestone checkpoints. Milestone 1 was very successful as the project team was able to:

• Completely build out Phase 1 and 2 onboarding tasks in Power Automate

• Complete initial draft of corresponding guides for how to build Phase 1 and 2 Onboarding tasks

• Completion of process flow build 

• Present current progress for project sponsors

Milestone 2 provided key project completion deliverables such as:

• Completion of Phase 3 and 4 work flows in Power Automate

• Complete creation and review of process flow in Visio

• Provide a working layout of HR dashboard in Power BI

• Creation of guides for building out Phase 3 and 4 flows

In Milestone 3, the team focused on refining all project deliverables including:

• Reformatting and revising user guides for enhanced readability 

• Fixing connection errors in some Phase 3 and 4 workflows in Power Automate

• Reestablishing a connection between the HR dashboard and SharePoint List to automatically update on a weekly basis 

• Adjusted a couple of the process flow phases to account for materials and updates sent to new hires

As the project concludes, the project team will create a final presentation for the project sponsors summarizing the entire project process and present them with all project deliverables.
