 Our goal for affordable housing is to ensure that all individuals and families have access to housing that does not exceed 30% of their gross income, allowing them to maintain financial stability while meeting other basic needs. This objective aims to alleviate financial burdens, support economic growth by enhancing household spending power, and promote social equity by providing adequate housing options for diverse populations. Achieving this goal requires collaboration among governments, businesses, and communities to develop sustainable solutions and increase the availability of affordable housing units.

Our Tactics:

1. Creating programs that make people easier to get mortages and homes.

2. Building or remodeling housing/apartments/residentials with lower cost.

3. Offering housing grants.

4. Filling a petition to municipal government to encourage more companies to infest in Waco.
