Background

What is Electrical and Biomedical Engineering

Electric Engineering is the study of electricity and object that use electricity. Many electrical engineers use circuit boards to help power daily used objects. Electrical engineers do various steps to make the objects that we use today. They research, design, test, fix and keep doing this process until there or little to no errors.

Biomedical engineering (or Bioengineering) is when engineers apply the knowledge to help and work with science and math and find solutions to problems about people health and well-being. Bioengineering has many different subtopics and major in it that allow these engineers to specialize in specific fields.

Overview

Our overall task for the week with the circuit boards was to make a device that could identify quickly detect signs of coronavirus before it spreads to smaller weak communities. The device would be able to identify dry coughs, rise of temperature, and the decrease of oxygen levels.
