I know what it’s like to feel ruled by food noise and self-criticism. For your emotions and your life to feel unbalanced and out of your control.
From my early childhood into my late 20s, I used food to cope with everything from stress and difficult emotions to uncertainty and change. I tried every fad diet and extreme workout I could find, chasing control but only feeling more disconnected from myself.
By my mid-20s, my weight had climbed past 300 pounds. I was the heaviest I had ever been, and I was living in a constant cycle of exhaustion, guilt, and “start over Monday.”
Everything began to shift when I finally got curious instead of critical.
I started listening to what my body was trying to tell me. Allowing my emotions to speak instead of silencing them with food and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I studied how the body and mind work together; built a support system; and began making small, compassionate, sustainable changes. No extremes. No counting. Just care.
As I learned to nourish myself physically and emotionally, I not only released 150 pounds but I also let go of the shame, chaos, and pressure I’d been carrying for years. I found peace with food, calm in my mind, and clarity in my life.
Now I help women do the same: guiding them to reconnect with themselves, quiet the food noise, and create a life that feels nourishing and doable. Providing compassion and accountability along the way.
My approach blends mindful nutrition, emotional awareness, and goal coaching to help you feel grounded, capable, and free to pursue what truly lights you up. You can truly do anything you set your mind to when you have a vision, a clear path, and a caring support system to encourage you on your journey.
If you’re ready for compassionate, realistic support that meets you where you are, I would be honored to walk this path with you.
