What makes a complete sentence?
I'll bet that at some point, a teacher has marked "sentence fragment" (or maybe just "frag") on something you've written. I know it's happened to me many times.
So, just what does it take to have a complete sentence (instead of a sentence fragment)?
Just two sentence parts: the subject, and the predicate. But what are they?

Here's a basic (but very catchy) explanation:
The SUBJECT of a sentence is who or what is DOING the action or BEING DESCRIBED by the sentence.
