Finnthefennec portrayed Lark during the beginning of Season 1 before Laripoplive took over for the remainder of the season and for all of Season 2.
In season one of Grimm SMP Lark wore a purple, short length dress with an off the shoulder sleeve. She first appeared at the start of Season 1, welcoming the new arrival of students for the school year.
During season 2, her appearance completely changed. Her hair is now more of a platinum blonde, her short dress was exchanged with a purple Edwardian dress. Her shoes are a golden color. She also wears pearl earrings.
Lark attended Grimm Academy in 1847 and was placed in the Everyman dorm. Lark was the more adventurous and ambitious of the two letting her curiosity fuel her. She shared a love for the story “Snow White and Red Rose” with Wren. Both dreamed to in some way have their stories intertwine.
The Brothers Grimm take notice of the connection between the sisters and decide to offer them the chance to succeed them as headmasters for Grimm. This offer would give Lark the chance to explore more about the potential of magic in Grimm. When the brother pitches their proposal to the sisters the two agree. The brothers of course end up teaching them how to write and bind stories.
However, Lark is under the assumption that both she and Wren will be able to write their stories still, so she is appalled to learn the Brothers will be writing the story they will sign for them. Lark found it unfair that they have to give up their freedom to write their story and when she brings her worries to Wren, Wren does not see things the way Lark does.
Lark decides that if Wren won’t agree with her, then Wren will not get to share the role as headmaster with her. Lark changes the story that the Brothers wrote for her and her sister and writes Wren to forget how to bind the stories, and curses her into a tower with a limit on what she is able to say and is cursed to not write or else she’ll experience excruciating pain.
When the brothers find out what Lark does, they don’t have any way to undo what she did so they move forward with only Lark as a headmaster. Lark remains upset leading to all her frustrations and anger building up to her wanting to get back at the brothers for taking away all of her dreams. Lark writes the Brothers to be trapped in the Land of Desolation until they die.

During their childhood, the two sisters were practically inseparable. While they were polar opposites, the two held each other close in their heart. After they were both offered the chance to become co-headmasters of Grimm Academy, their relationship became more strained. Wren was more open to following the rules and giving up her chance at a self determined destiny while Lark believed they deserved both their freedom for a future and the chance to become headmasters.
Lark favored Mikos a lot more than most other students. Mikos was the first to know about Lark's history with the Brother's and what happened between her and Wren.
Lark's most prized pupil. She sees a lot of herself in him with their Everyman origin and the thirst for knowledge in magic.
Their alleged child that Lark prizes over the other students.
