I am currently an Assistant Professor (RTDA) at the University of Florence (Italy).
I am a researcher in Psycholinguistics whose work explores how people understand and produce meaning across different linguistic and cognitive contexts.
My research focuses on Experimental Pragmatics, Second Language Acquisition, and Language Development in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
I am currently working on digital linguistics projects within the PNRR CHANGES program, dedicated to the preservation of Italian and Romance dialects through computational and corpus-based approaches.
Previously, I held research positions at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland), supported by a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship, and at the University of Nova Gorica (Slovenia).
