Design Rationale

My primary audience for this website is anyone who wants to evaluate my technical writing abilities as I am showcasing them here to demonstrate my proficiency in this arena. My secondary audience would be anyone wishing to learn technical writing and anyone who may be interested in the topic. Technical writing sometimes brings bad thoughts to the minds of anyone who encounters the topic. However, it is an essential area and can actually be very fun if you apply yourself and allow it to consume your intellect.

I decided on the major pages to include and the ones which I had to place many reworks as these truly highlight the strengths I gained within this course. These are also the ones I find will be most beneficial in the areas in which it will be implemented. I can very easily see myself taking a position in this field in the future.

My navigation is via the top menu headers making it the utmost in ease to navigate my website. Usability and accessibility considerations are of the utmost importance as they are vital in ensuring that my skillset is properly showcased. This has been a page in progress and a living document throughout the duration and I am still locating areas for improvement even at this time.

My rationale for the design of this website is to keep it short and simple so that my work can be reviewed uninterruptedly. I created many different images which I later decided would only add bulk to the website. I am not an artist, but I can use AI to generate artwork on the fly. I prefer to have my writing abilities displayed rather than my artistry. If you would like for me to create images to display how I can reveal almost anything with AI, please feel free to email me at gpearson21@student.cccs.edu at anytime and I will be happy to create such images on the fly. Speaking of fly. I will include one video demonstration here to demonstrate what I am capable of via AI.
