Following the conclusion of the 2025 General Election, the political future of Greenwick has been decisively determined by voters across the Commonwealth. The electorate delivered a clear mandate, resulting in a Liberal–Teal Party (LTP) majority government and marking a significant shift in national leadership. With this outcome, Greenwick moves away from Labor-led governance and enters a new era under Prime Minister-elect Michael Trent, the first Liberal–Teal leader to hold the office.

The election not only determined the composition of the House, but also reshaped the broader parliamentary landscape. The LTP secured a commanding 25-seat majority, while Labor moved into opposition with 10 seats, and the remaining seats were distributed among minor parties. This result grants the incoming government strong legislative authority and stability, enabling it to pursue its policy agenda without reliance on coalition partners.
