The Playground is a Members Only Club. Our members enjoy exclusive access to our dining, recreation, and bar options. Membership dues are assessed monthly on the first day of each month using the card on file that you will present to the hostess upon your first visit. If you would like a tour, please visit us in person once we are open.
Membership Fees

Annual Payment Plan - $399.00 per year - Save 16%!
All Membership Plans cover all individuals living at the same physical address. This includes Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Grandma, Grandpa, Nanna, Napa, Paw Paw, Butler, Nanny, Monkey's Uncle - we don't care who it is. If they live at the same address, we don't care - they're covered. That being said, during the registration process, you must add all individuals by name, email address and birthdate in order for them to as members on your account.
Membership REQUIRES at least one child to be on the membership plan. The Playground is not intended for adults without children, and we intend to keep them safe at all costs, including making non-parents angry for our lawful discrimination policy, discriminating against individuals without dependent children.

*Access to Parents Point is granted by the primary account holder(s). All individuals accessing Parents Point must be 21 years of age or older.

Open Access daily from 2 PM to 10 PM Daily during the school year
Open Access daily from 7 AM to 10 PM On Weekends and on Weekdays when school is not in session.
Kid Privileges (Under 12)

Access to the Training Ground*
Open Access Daily from 7 AM to 10 PM Daily when accompanied by an Adult Member.
*The Training Ground is reserved for children under the age of 5. Children over the age of 5 are expected to utilize The Fortress.
Disclosure of Automatic Renewal
All memberships renew on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your preference at the time registration at the then-current rate. This means that your rate may be different than it is at the time of registration. Prices may change at the discretion of management. In the event of a price change, we will notify the primary account holder or holders in writing by mail at least sixty (60) days in advance of that change. Subsequently, we will notify the same individuals by e-mail thirty (30) days in advance of that change. You do not have the right to opt-out of these communications as they are mandated by the Federal Trade Commission. Memberships may be terminated at the end of the selected billing period. Memberships will remain in effect until the end of the period determined at the time of registration. If an individual chooses to enter into a monthly plan that starts on the 1st and ends on the last day of the month, they would need to cancel prior to the last day of the month.. If the individual enters that request on the 2nd, a refund will NOT be issued, and the cancellation would be processed on the last day of the month. If a member is on an annual membership plan, the cancellation request will be processed on the day before their anniversary date. Refunds for memberships are issued in the following circumstances.
The relocation of the member as a result of job transfer.
Deployment for Active Duty Military Service.
Refunds for memberships are not issued for any other reasons, including the revocation of membership.
In the event that you wish to cancel your membership, you may do any of the following:
Visit the host stand and inform us you would like to cancel your membership.
Submit a request via e-mail to memberships@playgroundgreensboro.com containing your Member ID Number from the Email Address you submitted to us during the registration process.
Call us at (Phone Line Not yet active) to inform us that you would like to cancel your membership.
Right to Opt-Out of Automatic Renewal
All members have the right to opt-out of automatic renewal by checking the box that is marked "I wish to make this a one-time purchase" at the time of registration. In the event that this box is checked or perceived to be checked, your membership will NOT automatically renew. Because The Playground is a members only club, no person on your membership will be granted access to the club after the end of your membership until membership is re-applied for and respective dues are collected, or will be subjected to the guest policy.
Guest Policy
Members are welcome to bring guests with them. All guests must be sponsored by a member. A fee of $5 per guest will be assessed at the host stand and collected in the form of cash, credit card, or account charge. If the member is not present at the stand at the time of entrance, the guest(s) will be required to await the arrival of the member to the host stand until the member arrives. This portion of the guest policy does not apply to Special Events and Parties; however, the subsequent Guest Ejection Policy does apply to Special Events and Parties.
Guest Ejection Policy
Members are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. In the event that a guest becomes unruly, disrespectful, or behaving in a manner that may cause harm to others or detriment to the club in any form, including public relations, physical damage, emotional trauma to others, that guest will be asked to leave without a refund for their door fee. Additionally, the member will be informed of their ejection. In the event a member brings guests that continuously behave in a disorderly manner, that member's guest privileges may be revoked, and their membership may be cancelled at the discretion of the Club Manager. All ejections, however, are at the discretion of the on-duty staff. Ejected guests will not be considered for membership for a period of three (3) years following any ejection.
