Our bartenders work their tails off to serve our customers. Behind the scenes, they're assisted by some incredible people that make sure those bartenders have what they need when they need it. Our barbacks are those people. Our barbacks are responsible for the following

• Changing kegs as they are emptied

• Restocking of mixers, canned drinks, garnishes, glassware, coffee beans, syrups, and everything else.

• Washing glassware using a tri-basin sink.

• Operation of a keg jack for lifting kegs

• Cleanliness of bar areas at all times

• Adhering to ServSafe Requirements

• Adhering to all applicable laws as set forth by the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Commission

Rate of Pay: $16 per hour + tip share

You'll also enjoy your choice of Part-Time or Full Time Employment, along with the respective benefits package. We do also pay out unearned tips on vacation hours on our tipped positions in order to encourage servers accurately reporting their cash tips. Under reporting means that you might not receive as much as others in vacation payouts. Meanwhile, over-reporting will result in higher taxes.
