Studio 1 (sleeps 2) has an open plan arrangement.

The 42 sq m floor plans shows the private bathroom, open plan kitchen, eating area and extra length king size bed, build in cupboard, seating area and dressing table.

Included:

secure on-site parking, WiFi, flat screen TV (SA channels), linen and towels

The studio (42 sq meter in size) has a lofty large feeling due to the open rafter ceiling, large sliding windows and open plan lay-out.

NOTE: the studio is on the 2nd floor. No lift.

There is an extra length king size bed (can be split into 2 single beds). Good quality white cotton sheets, duvet and towels are provided.

There is ample wardrobe storage space, a large ottoman at the foot of the bed for your luggage, a seating area (two seater couch) and a dressing table with mirror and hair dryer.

The private bathroom consists of a walk-in shower (no bath), a toilet and a wash basin. There is a heated towel rail and ample storage space in the bathroom.

Good quality white cotton towels are provided.
