Green Point Self Catering Studios operate THREE studios from this small block of apartments -

one sleeps 2, another one sleeps 3 on a queen size bed and single sofa bed and the other one that sleeps max 4 persons.

One safe on-site parking is included per studio.

The studios are situated in the small neighbourhood of Three Anchor Bay - nestled between Sea Point and Green Point. The studios are within a small apartment block, Middelhof, 1B Glengariff Rd.

There is no lift - studio 2 & 3 are situated on the first floor and studio 1 on the second floor (steps, no lift)

Smart TV with DSTV-now streaming, WiFi in all 3 studios.

THREE ANCHOR BAY is a beautiful small neighbourbood on the Atlantic Seaboard. Glengariff Rd is an iconic tree-lined street showcasing Victorian Villas and 1940's blocks of apartments.

This is a very central position from where to explore all the tourist attractions of Cape Town.

The V&A Waterfront is minutes away, the Sea Point Promenade is at your doorstep. You will find an open air gym, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, laundromats, pharmacy and library just around the corner.

The Citysightseeing bus stop is walking distance from the studio. MyCiti bus stops are close by. The Urban Park is in the neighhourhood.
