Guided Sound Meditation: Tuesday April 14th and 28th 5:00pm - 5:45pm in Palatka at the Larimer Arts Center. Bring yoga mat to lay on, pillows and blanket for comfort and water to drink. 216 Reid Street Palatka Fl. Performed with Crystal Singing bowls and other soothing instruments. Yoga class starts at 6pm with Laura for those who would like to stay. No prior sign up is required for either class.
