Hi! My name is Chaya Droznik, I study computer science at the Borough of Manhattan Community College. I enjoy reading, coding, art, and love to learn. I joined the BMCC Biodesign team as I am passionate about the state of the world and the issues that mass production brings to earth. After collaborating with my peers, I found how important Biodesign is for finding solutions for these issues, and I plan to work to provide a platform for more community college students in Biodesign. I hope to become a software engineer after I graduate with a bachelor's degree and continue to be an advocate for community college students' success!

Hello, I am a student at BMCC majoring in Criminal Justice.Finishing my first year this summer 2022. I have lived in NYC for most of my life having moved between NYC and Pennsylvania. Growing up with my siblings and mother has lead me to be a curious person. Wanting to learn and explore new things that I was once oblivious too. This is because it allows one to gain knowledge and experience. Being on the Biodeisgn team made me have a new look on the way I live and that there is a way to live in that allows us and our environment to prosper while continuing are daily lives.
