Our resident beekeeper/ bee expert attends to the care and management of the building’ bees, including the health and maintenance of your own personal hive! The bees are completely safe, and an integral part of our building’s social ecosystem.

Who needs a green thumb, when your apartment comes with your very own on-staff farmer! She helps with your plants, maintains the green roof, and grows vegetables for everyone in the building to enjoy.

All residents can enjoy classes in organic gardening, soil cultivation, water conservation, and the amazing ways to grow, harvest, and use mushrooms in everyday life.

We also offer informative and fun lessons in beekeeping, honey gathering, and the many and amazing uses of beeswax; we host honey harvesting parties, candle making, and will offer instruction on how to use plant essences for environmentally friendly cleaning to that keep your place spic and span without worrying about icky chemicals.

The gym is equipped with exercise machines that double as generators. This allows the residents to exercise knowing that they are doing something good for the environment at the same time, because most of the building’s energy will come from the gym. The rest of the energy will come from solar panels
