Rachel Guillain is full Professor of Economics at the University of Burgundy and head of the Laboratoire d’Economie de Dijon (UBFC, LEDI). She has published papers in high-ranking journals. Her research is in the fields of urban economics: economic reorganization of urban spaces, quantitative evaluation of public policies, spatial inequalities, neighborhood and spillover effects, and environmentally-oriented practices along the urban-rural continuum.
The project gathers economists and geographers from multiple institutions in France, Luxembourg and Spain.
