Project Objectives

Objectives focused on the students: 

1. the development of the professional skills of the students from the target group regarding the use of eco-friendly and organic products in skin care, hair and nail care. 

2. the development of professional skills of the students from the target group regarding the use of new digital technologies and tools in beauty industry 

3. the acquisition of attitudes, knowledge, and skills for environmental protection and sustainable methods in beauty saloons among the target group students 

4. a higher insertion rate into the job market of our future graduates with qualifications in hairdresser-beautician manicurist pedicurist 

5. raising awareness about the negative impact of cosmetics on the environment and the need of sustainable practices in beauty industry 

6. improvements of foreign language skills 

7. motivation of the students and a lower rate of school drop-out 

8. raise students' awareness about the opportunities they have in beauty industry as skilled professionals 

Objectives focused on the teachers: 

1. the modernization and adaptation of the curricula of the target group of students to the requirements of the beauty industry in European and non-European countries 

2. development of the teachers' professional skills by sharing good practices on the topic of the project 

Objectives focused on the participating institutions: 

1.internationalization of the institution, and active participation in the network of European VET institutions 

2. reduce the isolation of the schools from rural areas
