In the week of June 01-05, 2026, Feldru Technological High School hosted the last activity within this project, which has as its main theme SUSTAINABLE TECHNIQUES IN BEAUTY SALONS.
The Erasmus project,, Green is cool. Sustainable practices and digitalization in beauty industry and hairdressing”, project no. 2025-1-RO01-KA210-VET-000363134 is intended for students in vocational education, in the field of Aesthetics and human body hygiene.
Within this project, Feldru Technological High School is the coordinator, and Mezitli Mesleki Ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi from Turkey, Mersin and the School of Modern Biomedical Professions from Athens, Greece are partners.
On the first day of activity, we invited our guests to discover the Feldru Technological High School, as well as the beauty salons where our students do their internships, we made hair braids and together we discovered water-saving techniques in salons, as well as ways to select waste.
The second day was a day of work in the school salon, as well as in the salon of our economic agent Anamaria Ciunterei. Mrs. Olimpia Căluș from A.D.I Deseuri, the lady presented us with the ways of recycling and selecting products in salons, and Mrs. Panes Maria presented us with an interesting material about the collection and recycling of hair in beauty salons.
The third day we carried out our activity at the Technical College "Ana Aslan" in Cluj-Napoca. We discovered sustainable and unique techniques that will be a benchmark for us in the following activities. The fourth day of activity was spent at the Dany Studio Hairdressing Academy, where we attended the look&learn seminar on fitting extensions with the transformation of the normal keratin capsule into nanokeratin, conducted by Mrs. Baciu Emilia, and we were warmly welcomed with traditional products by Mrs. Elena din Deal.
On the fifth day, we held workshops in the school lounge, evaluated the entire activity, and organized the awarding of participants with diplomas from the host school, Feldru Technological High School.
