Important Note regarding Image Data: We treat your image data with sensitivity. We do not permanently store images that contain identifiable background information beyond the plant itself. However, anonymized image snippets or features (excluding identifiable user data) may be retained temporarily to improve and train our diagnostic models.
When you access the App, we may automatically collect certain information that your device sends, including:
Device Data: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (like the IDFA or Android ID, typically anonymized), and mobile network information.
Usage Details: Information about how you use the App, such as the dates and times of your access, features used (e.g., which plant profiles you viewed, how often you used the illness detection tool), and time spent in the App.
Location Data: General, non-precise location information derived from your IP address (country/region) for analytics purposes, but we do not collect or store precise GPS location data unless explicitly required by a future feature and agreed to by you.
Kello Solution uses the collected information for various purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the App: Including enabling the plant finding and illness detection features.
To Personalize Your Experience: To recommend plants based on your stored room conditions and preferences.

The Green Home | PLANTO App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
