Use the calendar below to get an idea of upcoming availabilities. Expect your coach to be UNAVAILABLE ON WEEKDAYS BEFORE 4:30PM, and ALL SUNDAYS. Please contact your coach at least 3 business days prior to make a reservation. A date or time may be unavailable even if the calendar is currently shown as clear.

Reservations start at the TOP or HALF of every hour (e.g. 4:00pm or 4:30pm). Multiple reservations may occur on the same day, but will have a 30 minute gap between end times of earlier lessons and start times of later ones to ensure all lessons start on-time and do not overlap into each other.
