• Organize and lead monthly meetings

• Signer on bank account

• Main contact of group with the school, district and vendors 

• Sit on Enrichment and Financial Committees 

Vice President | Erin Beach

• Oversee and maintain communication between committees and board

• Track school year calendar for meetings, planned events and important dates

• Lead monthly meetings if President is not available

• Sit on Hospitality and Staff Appreciation Commitee

Treasurer| Irene Penn

• Responsible for finanical tracking, deposits, payments, budget planning and taxes

• Will present a financial snapshot (budget vs actual) at meetings

• Signer on bank account

• Sit on Financial Committee

Secretary| Kate Kramer

• Attend monthly meetings to record notes

• Present notes at the next meeting for approval and/or discussion

• Maintain paperwork for group, such as: election results, meeting minutes, district filings like fundraising plan, event usage forms, insurance policy, etc.). 

• Sit on Events Committee

Teacher Representative| Lee Rivard

• Communication liaison between staff and group

• Does not vote on budget items that directly benefit staff only 

• Track and request staff volunteers at events

• Sit on Staff Appreciation and Events Committee

Volunteer Coordinator| Amber Murphy

• Maintain record of group volunteers 

• Be the main point of contact when volunteers are needed

• Work with community partners for donations and maintain contact list 

• Sit on Spirit Shop and Events Committee

Member at Large| Rachel Lauretano

• Fill in for another officer in their absense, including the President or Treasurer

• Be an additional signer on the bank account for backup and audit ability

• Sit on Spirit Shop and Financial Committee
