These Terms and Conditions apply to the Green Mark app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Green Mark (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Use of the Application

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Application or any part of it.
Attempting to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative works is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider aims to ensure that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Any future charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated in advance.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

The Application uses Firebase Authentication to enable secure user login via Google or Apple sign-in.
The Service Provider does not collect or store passwords locally. All authentication data is handled securely by Firebase infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your account access.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose it to malware, and cause the Application to malfunction.

3. Crash Reporting

The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash and error reports.
This information helps identify bugs and improve performance.
Crash reports do not contain personally identifiable information and are transmitted securely to Firebase servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.

5. Internet Access and Charges

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly due to connectivity issues or data limitations.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, be aware that your mobile network provider’s charges (including data and roaming fees) may apply.
By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed that you have permission from the account holder.

You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application becomes unavailable due to a drained battery.

6. Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is accurate and up to date, they rely on third-party services such as Firebase for certain functionalities.
Therefore, the Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss you may experience as a result of using or relying on the Application.

7. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time.
Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee continued compatibility with your device or OS version.
They may also choose to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any updates.
Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
