This Privacy Policy applies to the Green Mark app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Green Mark (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

The Application collects limited personal information necessary to provide secure authentication and a personalized experience.
This includes the user’s email address and login credentials, which are securely handled through Firebase Authentication.

The Application may also collect non-personal data through Firebase Crashlytics, which helps identify and fix technical issues such as crashes or app errors. This information does not include personally identifiable data and is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

The Service Provider does not collect precise location data, photos, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what is required for account authentication and crash reporting.

User authentication data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
If you wish to delete your account or any associated data, please contact us at hello.greenpin@gmail.com, and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Crashlytics data may be retained by Firebase for diagnostic purposes in accordance with their own privacy policy.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us at hello.greenpin@gmail.com to request its removal.

5. Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information.
All authentication data is securely stored using Firebase’s encrypted infrastructure and protected by strict access controls.
Crash reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics do not contain user-identifiable information and are transmitted securely.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.
Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
