CHARLA HUBER
Charla Huber is an Indigenous Relations and Communications Consultant who started her career as a newspaper reporter. She has a master’s degree in professional communications, a chartered housing designation from the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada, and writes a weekly column in the Times Colonist newspaper that often highlights Indigenous issues. She is also an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University. Charla is Indigenous with First Nations and Inuit roots from Beausoleil First Nation and Fort Chipewyan.
