With a focus on fostering learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, this special event aims to celebrate the range of sustainability leadership and innovation happening across four BC health authorities and inspire continued commitments to planetary health and environmental stewardship.

As well, we are thrilled to be able to gather in person this year, which holds abundant opportunities for networking and connecting with colleagues who are just as passionate about sustainability.

At our event, sustainability takes centre stage! We’re proud to prioritize reusables as our first choice. The venue will offer reusable food serviceware and where that is not possible, compostable items. We are celebrating responsibly, one event at a time!

We selected our venue for its exceptional accessibility, and strongly encourage the use of environmentally friendly transportation methods, such as cycling, walking, or taking transit. Explore the "Getting Here" page to explore the options available to you.

We've crafted a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes to treat our guests to a sustainable dining experience. We're also making a meaningful impact by establishing strategies for a zero food waste plan, with our venue providing take-away options for leftover food.

We are dedicated to a multi-faceted approach in reducing our carbon footprint. This includes going completely paper-free for the event, setting up recycling and composting stations and minimizing single-use items.
