How do I buy an item?

1. Browse the website for items you’re interested in.
   
   

2. If you want to reserve an item, contact me to arrange a deposit and schedule pickup.
   
   

3. If you don’t want to place a deposit, simply book a pickup time to come view the item in person.
   
   

4. Once you’ve seen the item and approve the condition, you pay and take it home.
   
   

All sales are final after the item has been inspected and purchased.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept:

• Venmo

• Cash App

• Zelle

• PayPal

• Cash (for final payment at pickup only)
  
  

When do I pay for the item?

Final payment is made in person at pickup after you have seen the item and confirmed its condition.
All sales are final once the item is purchased.

Where do I pick up my item(s)?

Pickup is located near the UNC campus in Greeley.
For safety and privacy, the exact address will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?

No. All items are pickup only, regardless of size or distance.

What if I can’t make my pickup time?

If you placed a deposit:

• Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  
  

• Less than 24 hours → deposit is forfeited.
  
  

If you did not place a deposit:

• Please notify me 48 hours before your appointment so I can release the time slot to others.

How do I reserve (“hold”) an item?

To place an item on Hold, you must pay the required deposit amount for that item.
Contact me directly to arrange the deposit and schedule a pickup time.
The deposit amount is applied toward the final purchase price.

A Hold is not active until I have confirmed it with you personally.
Please do not send any payments without speaking with me first.

Do I have to pay a deposit to schedule a pickup?

No. Deposits are optional and only required if you want a guaranteed Hold.
You may book a pickup to view an item without paying a deposit, but the item may be sold before your appointment.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are refunded in full when:

• You cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, or
  
  

• The item is not as described, or
  
  

• You decide not to purchase after seeing the item in person.
  
  

Deposits are forfeited if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or
  
  

• You do not show up for your appointment.
  
  

When forfeited, the item will immediately be removed from Hold.

How do I pay the deposit?

After speaking with me directly, you may pay via any of my non-cash methods:
Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal.
