These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and safety for both buyer and seller.
This online yard sale is operated by a private individual. All items listed are pre-owned and are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees beyond the descriptions provided. I strive to describe all items accurately and honestly; however, buyers are responsible for inspecting items in person prior to final purchase.
This online yard sale is a private, personal project operated solely by an individual. It is not in any way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) or any of its departments, staff, facilities, or programs. All references to the UNC campus are provided strictly for location and pickup convenience.
All items are sold as-is.
Item descriptions, photos, and condition notes are provided to the best of my ability, but no representation is made that an item is new, flawless, or in perfect condition.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items during pickup appointments before paying the final purchase amount. By completing the transaction, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the item’s condition as presented.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once the buyer has inspected the item in person and chosen to complete the sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued after the item has been handed over.
A deposit is required only if the buyer wishes to place a guaranteed Hold on an item.
The deposit amount varies by item and will be listed or communicated prior to payment.
Deposits must be arranged directly with the seller.
Do not send any payment until you have confirmed the item’s availability with the seller and received deposit instructions.
Deposits may be paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.
A deposit temporarily reserves an item until the scheduled pickup appointment.
The deposit amount will be credited toward the final sale price.
A deposit is refunded in full only if:
The buyer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment,
The item is found to be not as described, or
The buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase after inspecting the item in person.
A deposit is forfeited if:
The buyer cancels within 24 hours of their appointment,
The buyer does not attend the appointment (“no-show”),
The buyer arrives but declines to purchase for reasons unrelated to item condition.
In the event of a forfeited deposit, the item will be immediately removed from Hold and made available to other buyers.
Appointments may be scheduled without a deposit; however:
The item is not guaranteed to still be available.
Items may be sold prior to the appointment if another buyer places a deposit.
Pickup appointments must be scheduled through the contact form, booking link, or direct communication with the seller. Appointments are required for viewing or purchasing items.
All pickups take place near the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) campus in Greeley, Colorado. The exact address will be provided only after an appointment has been confirmed for safety and privacy.
Buyers may inspect the item at pickup before final payment. Final payment will be accepted only after the buyer confirms they are satisfied with the item’s condition.
With a deposit:
Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours or failure to appear results in deposit forfeiture.
Without a deposit:
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so the time slot may be offered to other buyers.
All items are pickup only, regardless of size or distance.
No delivery, shipping, or transportation services are offered under any circumstances.
Final payment is due in person at the time of pickup, after item inspection.

Payments must not be submitted in advance unless explicitly arranged with the seller for deposit purposes. The seller is not responsible for unauthorized or unsanctioned payments sent prior to direct contact.
The seller is not responsible for:
Buyer misuse of items after purchase
Allergic reactions, injuries, or issues arising from items sold
Any misunderstanding due to failure to read these Terms & Conditions
By completing a purchase or submitting a deposit, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined here.
Contact information collected through the website, forms, emails, or texts is used solely for communication regarding item inquiries, scheduling, and transactions. Personal information will not be sold or shared.
