It has been an incredible time and opportunity working at Target being able to diversify my skills and gain new knowledge and experience in the various settings I have worked in.

A Fulfillment Expert - Pace Setter is an exciting position and the perfect stepping stone into management experience. As a pace setter I am able to work closely with other team members to make sure we are on track for productivity goals and provide assistance when needed. This position has also allowed me to work greatly on time management, problem solving, and communication skills.

As a Department owner of Beauty at Target I was tasked with auditing products, preparing demonstrations of products, hosting events surrounding new and promotional products, and training other team members. This position created exciting challenges for me to think critically but also creatively, to continuously expand my knowledge, and to work closely with other team members. Given my responsibilities, this position also allowed me gain experience in managing an area as well.

In my Style Expert position I was able to work tremendously on time management and allocation of skills along with customer service and communication. I was tasked with maintaining and organizing zones while providing excellent customer service and problem solving to guests.
