Q: What is the attire?
A: Attire is casual for the entire retreat. Please dress appropriately for the dinners and activities and note Friday and Saturday’s dinner is on a lawn so wear appropriate footwear. Layering is recommended for outdoor events. A weather forecast can be found on the homepage of the Firm Retreat website.
Q: Do I need cash for tips?
A: Tips are covered by the daily resort fee so no need for cash.
Q: What happens if we have bad weather?
A: We have inclement weather plans for all our outdoor activities and events. If we have to implement those plans, emails will be sent out, announcements will be made and the Firm Retreat website will be updated.
Q: Can I change my activity and/or menu selections once I arrive?
A: Unfortunately all final selections are due weeks before arrival so changes cannot be made onsite.
Q: Where should airfare be charged?
A: Please charge to 6300 / Your Dept / Your Office (RT24)
Q: Who is booking my flight?
A: Your assistant has been provided all the information to book your flight. Transportation has been taken care of once you arrive.
Q: What do I need to do if I want to make it a vacation and arrive a few days earlier or stay later?
A: Your hotel reservation is taken care of for the dates of the firm retreat. If you are interested in arriving earlier or staying later, please let Terra Snow as soon as possible so we can request an extension of the discounted rate (not guaranteed).
