I am a registered and licensed dietitian based in the land of sweet tea and Texas sized steak. I am a nutrition expert with a love for food, fun and adventure. I love to travel and developed my passion for health and nutrition education in my journeys. While traveling 25+ countries, I fell in love with people, nature, culture and (of course) food! In my years living in Texas I have tackled several dietitian opportunities in the various spheres of healthcare. My years as a nutrition expert includes both inpatient, outpatient and community nutrition counseling, educating, and culinary arts. Drawing from it all, I am now blending passion and profession to tackle the preventative side of healthcare through 1:1 counseling in nutrition education and health strategy.Â
There are lots of reasons to decide to work with an RDN, but the most important is because you value your health and the impact it has on your life quality and longevity.
