About Kelsey Cole – Founder of Grateful Learning Solutions

Kelsey Cole is an experienced instructional designer and digital strategist with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences and innovative project management solutions. As the founder of Grateful Learning Solutions, she brings together her background in education, technology, instructional design, operations, philanthropy, project management, and social media to help organizations design effective training, create engaging digital content, and grow their online brand.

With a Master's Degree in Instructional Design, an Undergraduate degree in education, and a decade of experience in clinical education and healthcare operations, Kelsey currently serves as a Corporate Clinical Education Operations Supervisor for HCA Healthcare. She is skilled in designing learner-centered training programs, managing complex learning systems, and leading cross-functional teams through change.

Outside of her professional work, Kelsey is deeply involved in the gluten-free and celiac community. She serves as the President of Denver Celiacs and is the founder of the Celiac Collective of Denver Metro, a grassroots support network she launched in 2020 to empower and connect others navigating life with celiac disease in the Denver Metro area.

Originally from Galena, Illinois, Kelsey moved to Colorado in 2012 and now lives in Aurora with her Husband and their dog, Tilly. When she’s not building learning solutions or managing community events, you can find her snowboarding, hiking, camping, thrifting, getting tattoos, or scouting out the best gluten-free eats in town.
