Maker application ("App") operated by Kreevo Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. USE OF THE APP

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject
to these Terms. You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code
• Translate or create derivative versions of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the App

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited
to templates, designs, graphics, code, and trademarks — belong to
Kreevo Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any
App content.
Content you create using the App remains yours. You grant us no rights
to your original creations.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
─────────────────────────────────────────
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
• Pro Yearly Plan — billed annually
• Pro Monthly Plan — billed monthly
Subscriptions are managed and billed through Google Play. All payments
are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
Free Trial:
If a free trial period is offered, you will not be charged during the
trial. Your subscription will automatically begin and your payment
method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play
account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing
period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription
period unless required by applicable law.
Restore Purchases:
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in
the App or sign in with the same Google account used for the original
purchase.

4. FREE TRIAL TERMS

• Free trials are available to new subscribers only
• Only one free trial per Google account
• Kreevo Studio reserves the right to modify or end trial offers
at any time
• Continuing to use the App after the trial ends requires an
active paid subscription

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
─────────────────────────────────────────
The App integrates third-party services including:
• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

6. INTERNET & DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────────────────
Certain features of the App require an active internet connection. We
are not responsible if the App does not function fully due to no internet
access. If you use mobile data, your carrier's charges may apply.
You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.
We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this
may compromise the App's security and functionality.

7. UPDATES & AVAILABILITY

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required to
continue using the App. We reserve the right to:
• Change or discontinue any feature at any time
• Charge for features that are currently free (with advance notice)
• Terminate the App with reasonable notice
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of
any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure,
or available at all times.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
─────────────────────────────────────────
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreevo Studio shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of
data or loss of profits.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
─────────────────────────────────────────
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will
update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

11. GOVERNING LAW
─────────────────────────────────────────
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising
from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of India.
