collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application
Graphic Design Maker (the "App").

• App usage patterns and session data

• Images or content you upload for editing within the App
• We do NOT store your designs or photos on our servers
c) Automatically Collected Information
We use third-party SDKs that automatically collect data:
• Google AdMob — advertising identifiers for personalised ads
• Firebase Analytics — app usage and engagement analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash logs and device information
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery
• Google Play Billing — subscription and purchase records

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information to:
• Display relevant advertisements (via AdMob)
• Analyse and improve App performance
• Send you notifications about your subscription or trial
• Process in-app subscription purchases
• Fix crashes and improve stability
• Comply with legal obligations

3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly and monthly plans)
including a free trial period. Subscription management and billing is
handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store your payment information.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your
subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during
the trial period. Cancellation before the trial ends will not result in
any charge.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our App uses the following third-party services, each with their own
Privacy Policy:

These services may collect information used to identify you. We recommend
reviewing their privacy policies.

5. ADVERTISING

We show advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your
advertising ID to show personalised ads. Users with an active Pro
subscription do not see advertisements.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by:
• Going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of
Ads Personalisation

6. DATA RETENTION
─────────────────────────────────────────
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described
in this policy. Analytics and crash data is retained per the default
retention settings of Firebase (up to 14 months). We do not store
your personal designs or uploaded images.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
─────────────────────────────────────────
Our App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact
us and we will delete it immediately.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of interest-based advertising
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
California Users (CCPA): You may request to know what personal
information we collect and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell
personal information. Requests will be fulfilled within 45 days.
Brazil Users (LGPD): You have the right to access, correct, delete,
or anonymise your personal data. Requests will be fulfilled within
15 days.

9. SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your
information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage
is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at
the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes
constitutes acceptance.
