Traditional design with maximum dimensions as follows:
Length 3.00 metres
Width 2.40 metres
Height 2.00 metres to the eaves & 3.00 metres to the ridge (Height measurements are from ground level up)
The roof must either be ridged along the entire length or pent roofed.
Provision for water collection should be made by installing guttering.

The roof must be ridged along the entire length of the building. Covering/paneling can be used from ground level upto a height of 700mm and can be aluminium sheet, perspex, glass, timber or clear rigid polythene.

Provision for water collection should be made via guttering where possible.
No greenhouse, shed or polytunnel may be constructed of waste materials such as old doors, wooden pallets, old trampoline framing etc which have been fixed together.
Sheds, greenhouses and polytunnels must be positioned within a prescribed area of the plot and approved by the Management Committee.
An application form must be submitted to the Management Committee for approval before any structures are built.
