Please note that new events may be pending approval and not shown on the website. This means your event has to be confirmed by our community board before being officially booked. Please, do not publish the date of your event until you have confirmation.

The hall is available to rent for $25 per half day, and an extra $5 is charged for Kitchen use
Please inquire about a reduced fee for regular rental bookings
There is no charge for Memorial/Thanksgiving gatherings for local residents

Thank you for using our lovely Community Hall. To help us keep our hall clean and tidy and functioning well, we have created this info sheet to help you, and which we would love you to run through before you leave to make sure it is in good condition for the next person.
The keys open both back and front doors. Please ensure both are locked when leaving.
Parking is limited for large events. There are more spaces alongside the rd. Please make sure that people do not park directly in front of the mail boxes.
The furnace thermostat is located by the washrooms. Please only use it if it is very cold or you need the floor warmed for your event eg yoga and return it to 10c before you leave.
The heat pump controls are on the piano. Feel free to adjust them for your comfort, but before you leave please make sure the setting is returned to 68F and the fan set to Med.
Please take garbage home with you unless it is a very small amount.
Make sure all the lights have been turned off. The bathrooms lights often get left on during the day, the front outside light also.
Please return the key and rental fee to the small mailbox outside #5357 Granville Rd unless another arrangement has been made. Let us know if you need a receipt.
If using the kitchen, please make sure that everything is as it was when you arrived, clean, tidy and put away.
You are welcome to use the chairs or tables in the stairwell but please take note as you use them because the space is tight and they only fit back in a certain way.
If the floor has become dirty during use, please sweep it and mop if necessary (winter boots leave lots of salt marks). The equipment is in the large kitchen cupboard.
