The Granny franchise has inspired millions and has gotten uncountable mods. It was one of the best games of 2017-2020, getting millions of YouTubers to play it and also getting two more sequels to accompany it. By the time Granny 3 was released, it was not much of the hype anymore. While existing fans and YouTubers still played the game, it didn't achieve the same viral status as the original game, causing it to fade away as quickly as it released. Some YouTubers, such as Thinknoodles still plays the Granny games every so and then. Many YouTubers still play the games too. But it isn't the same as before. And since there has been such a long break since Granny 3 for Granny 4 to come out, not only did people start to think that there won't be a Granny 4, they also started to make multiple fan-games. Well, it got us thinking. What is DVloper doing right now? Is it possible that he might be working on another Granny game? Well, we've found out the odds and here's what we think.

Every Granny game in the franchise had a 2 year break in between them. Until Granny 3, because nothing came out after that. But you'd be wrong if you thought that. DVloper was busy doing quite a few things after Granny 3. The first one is the spider-cellar update for Granny in 2022 (2023 for PC). And it was one of the most biggest updates to Granny yet. Then, DVloper had to deal with his Granny games RANDOMLY being removed from Steam. (Which is why the spider-cellar update wasn't added in so long on PC.) When he was finished with this work, it was around 2023. Now, back to what we said in the beggining. Granny games have a pattern of releasing 2 years after they're made. DVloper may be cooking, and maybe, just maybe, in 2025, we can get a Granny 4. The odds of this NOT happening are also a little high. The Granny franchise in total has already made DVloper a whopping 25 million dollars, and another 5 million dollars from the Slendrina series. This could possibily mean that DVloper has retired. 30 million dollars is alot of money, and it's hard work creating these type of games. DVloper has not yet announced his retirement, so hhere is still a chance for a Granny 4, and we're hoping that something great (Granny 4) is going to come out in 2025, or 2026. Come on, DVloper!
