Kendall is a long time reptile enthusiast and entrepreneur. He decided to turn his love for animals into a business.
Melissa is also animal lover, although a newcomer to the reptile world.
We work together to breed and raise beautiful dragons and produce high-quality reptile husbandry products.
Our business is based out of our home in Grand Junction, CO. We hope to one day open a brick & mortar store to provide reptile husbandry supplies to the Grand Valley.
Store Policies
Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
Payments are processed through Square. An invoice will be sent to you via email. Failure to pay invoice or communicate with us after 48 hours regarding the sale will result in cancelation. We do accept cash for local purchases as well.
Purchase and care of the animal must be by someone who is 18 years old.
If you purchase a reptile then decide to cancel before the reptile is shipped, we will keep 25% of the price of the reptile and refund the rest.
At this time we do not offer payment plans.
If multiple inquiries are received, the animal will be sold to the person I receive balance or down from first.
Discounts
15% off for returning customers. If an item is stated "on sale" no additional discounts can be applied.
Holds
25% non-refundable deposit for holds (does apply towards cost of dragon). If payment is not received in full after 1 week, then the hold will expire and we keep the deposit.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the price of the reptile. We ship Priority Overnight via FedEx using Ship Your Reptiles. We ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, with arrival expected by noon the next day. Shipment will occur on the day that is discussed by both parties. We currently only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipments are only sent out weather permitting. We will not ship if temps are below 35°F or above 95°F from my location, the hub location, or the delivery location. It is preferred that the animals be held at your local FedEx hub for insurance purposes.
*If shipping conditions are not favorable, we will hold the animal for up to three weeks with no charge. Anything after 3 weeks will have a small feed/care charge of $15 a week.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the alive arrival of the animal as long as the following conditions are met:
Home Delivery - If the animal is delivered to a house or business, the customer needs to be present at the time of the delivery. Occasionally the FedEx driver will drop the package and not ring the bell. It is important for the customer to be watching for the animal to be delivered. If there is a problem with shipping the customer is required to notify me within one hour of the FedEx delivery time stamp. If the customer leaves the dragon on the porch in the sun and this results in the animal’s death, no money will be refunded.
Hub Pick-Up - If the animal is held for pickup at the FedEx hub the customer is required to pick up the animal the same day it is delivered. If there are any shipping problems when the animal is held for pick up the customer is required to notify me within 3 hours of when the animal is picked up.
Any problems reported during shipping must include pictures as evidence.
Health/Genetics/Attributes
We guarantee that the animal being delivered is the exact one represented in the ad. All pictures are posted with absolutely zero editing. We use natural lighting or photo box lighting for all pictures/videos.
We offer a 7 day health guarantee providing you can prove proper husbandry practices for your pet. If an animal fails to thrive within those first 7 days, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are taken care of. Failure to communicate declining health and or any other issues/concerns that could've been solved with our direction and help before becoming a big issue may void your health guarantee.
Baby bearded dragons are sold as “probable” with sex and although we’re pretty accurate, things can change. We cannot tell you how the dragon will look as it ages as every dragon will develop differently. Due to the unpredictable nature of animals, we do not guarantee the temperament of an animal.
Returns
All reptile sales are final! Careful consideration should be made BEFORE purchasing an animal.
Note: We reserve the right to decline any sale if we do not feel the animal will be properly cared for. We reserve the right to edit and or change store policies at any point in time and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
