Order & Payment

Once you have put together your order with or without shipping (see below), send me your list/total via email to grandoliva@gmail.com or use the contact form, together with your full name, delivery address, phone number for the shipping company and courier, and your email address. I will verify all is correct and confirm asap. At that point, you may make your payment:

• No Venmo in Italy

• PayPal (my email: grandoliva@gmail.com)

• Regular bank transfers (IBAN / SWIFT): ask me for bank coordinates

• Only from within Italy you can pay through Satispay * or Postepay: ask me for the top-up codes

Pease, remember not to make it a sale/purchase transaction, but to select "other" and to charge any transfer fees to yourself. This seasonal event was spontaneously born out of friendly inquiries and I'm currently not set up as an olive oil business and neither are some of the small-family producers I buy from, though that may change over time.

Also please check if ok with you: I am shipping as a private individual to a non-business recipient, non-commercially. If you need a business invoice let me know. 

You can send me your order and I can calculate shipping for you, via email at grandoliva@gmail.com or using the contact form. Or you can calculate your total price with shipping directly, through the spreadsheet below. To use the automated calculation feature, please open the document by clicking on the little square with up-arrow on the top-right corner of the frame which appears when you hover your mouse on it. Clicking on that icon opens a new browser tab.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPREADSHEET

Once you're in the document, you have the calculation tab, and the summary tab. In the calculation tab, enter the amount of units you'd like to order in the white column in the center (any full round number).

The blue cell indicates the sum of your ordered units, the green your total Liters amount, the pink your subtotal, the orange the weight of your order.  Now, closely match the weight from the yellow column to your weight in the orange cell. You can round the figure down if you're less than 0,5Kg above the indicated weight, but otherwise you need to round it up to the next figure. The corresponding shipping quote from the purple column automatically sums to your order subtotal from the pink cell, and your grand total is located in the red column(s) but read only the one on the ROW corresponding to your order weight, of course. If you'd like a clear overview, or to take a screenshot or print a pdf of a clean summary of your order, go to the summary tab of this spreadsheet. Alternatively, you could choose a ready combined and ready-calculated package: pick from any of the examples listed in the bottom left corner of the spreadsheet.

Troubleshooting: remember to wipe the white column clean for the next user by simply canceling the numbers you've inserted. Any troubles and challenges, simply send me your question/quote request, for an answer asap. Thank you.
